Gender Pay Gap Reporting

Following the introduction of The Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017, employers with 250 or more employees must publish specific figures about their gender pay gap on their own website and on the government's online reporting service. It is a legal requirement to publish this data. Two legal entities within the BVG Group of companies fall within the scope of these regulations and their gender pay gap reports are set out below.
